Villa Manresa Watsonville, CA | Jeff + Reese
Where do I even begin J+R's wedding day was nothing short of magical, filled with energy, love, and unforgettable moments. From the moment I met Jeff and Reese (where we then went off to the Santa Cruz Redwoods to take their engagement photos.) You could tell how much they loved each other. Having photographed over a dozen couples, I found them enjoyable and easy to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better couple to work with. It was evident that their wedding would be one for the books. The wedding reception was at Villa Manresa in Watsonville, CA. It couldn't have been more perfect, from the location on the hills to the beautiful blueish/pinkish clouds that followed later in the day.
The reception at Villa Manresa started with a tea ceremony and beautiful, heartfelt speeches from loved ones. The dance floor became a hub of laughter and celebration as guests let loose and embraced the joyous atmosphere. After all the dancing and cake cutting, they took out sky lanterns for everyone to write meaningful words on the lanterns, and then they lifted them off to the dark sky. To end their big day, Jeff and Reese walked off to a cool and fun sparkler exit that the guest held.
